We meet to discuss our own Family History research and to share our experiences, highlighting any new sources and items of general interest we may have discovered.

At each meeting we discuss a topic of social history which has emanated from our own family history. Topics are decided by members for 2-3 months at a time, in order that we are able to research the topic in advance to bring to the meeting if we are able. Meetings are informal and there is no obligation to do ‘homework’. Discussions are lively and usually move easily from one topic to another related one. Do join us………

Generally, we meet monthly (except for August and December) in the Library, usually on a Monday afternoon (2 to 4 pm).
